Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing and corporate strategy has grown in importance. The speed at which machine learning, predictive analytics, natural language processing, recommendation systems, generative AI, and automated decision-making are developing has altered how businesses comprehend their customers, create marketing
campaigns, interact with audiences, and assess their performance. Organizations are under increasing pressure to meet social and environmental demands while yet being economically viable. This conceptual study integrates insights from current literature to investigate the relationship between marketing strategies, artificial intelligence, and company sustainability. Predictive analytics, customer relationship management, social media marketing, content marketing, personalization, and marketing automation are all given special consideration.
The study suggests that by enhancing customer comprehension, targeting, personalization, forecasting, resource allocation, and campaign optimization, AI can increase marketing efficacy. Through increased operational effectiveness, better customer interactions, innovation, adaptability, and more efficient use of resources, these enhancements may support
corporate sustainability. The paper makes the case that businesses should take a human-centered, morally sound approach where AI enhances management judgment rather than entirely replaces it. Future empirical studies investigating the circumstances in which AI-enabled marketing can support long-term corporate sustainability can build on the conceptual discussion
