Abstract:
This meta-analysis investigates the impact of transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction by synthesizing findings from 35 empirical studies conducted over the past two decades. The analysis reveals a moderate to strong positive correlation between transformational leadership and job satisfaction (r = 0.65, p < 0.01). This study also examines the influence of moderating variables such as industry type, geographical location, and organizational size. The findings suggest that transformational leadership
significantly enhances job satisfaction, providing valuable insights for organizations aiming to improve employee morale and performance. Implications for practice and recommendations for future research are discussed.
